I was due to attend the Global Retailing Ideas Summit in April 2020 – do I need to do anything to ensure my registration is valid for the rescheduled event?
All attendee passes for the Global Retailing Ideas Summit will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event. Please email email@example.com by December 1, 2020 to receive a credit towards 2021 or a full refund.
I’m a sponsor for the Global Retailing Ideas Summit – will my sponsorship automatically be moved to the rescheduled October event? Yes, and we will be contacting each of our sponsors individually to confirm the details over the coming days.
How do I become a Sponsor for this event?

Registrations made after January 1, 2021 will not be eligible for refunds. If your plans change and you cannot attend, you may send a colleague in your place or your registration fee can be applied to next year’s program.

Hundreds of retailing professionals, consultants, senior executives, and our “future retail leaders” will attend the GR Ideas Summit this coming April at the campus of the University of Arizona.
What is the dress code?
Attendees are encouraged to wear whatever they feel most comfortable in, somewhat along the lines of business casual. The conference takes place in April, where guests will be able to experience an average high of 80F, a true enjoyment for the early months of spring.
When do I get my badge?
You will receive your name badge when you sign in at registration the day you attend the conference. Your name also enters you into a drawing for several amazing raffle prizes drawn the first night of the summit at Global Under the Stars. (Must be present to win)
What does registration include?
During the conference breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner at Global Under the Stars will be provided as part of your registration and an opportunity to network with the nation’s top industry leaders.
Do I receive confirmation of my registration?
A confirmation email will be sent to you following your registration online
If your plans change and you cannot attend, you may send a colleague in your place or your registration fee can be transferred to next year’s program. Registrations cancelled after March 29, 2021 cannot be refunded. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted for any cancellations after February 1st.
